Whether you celebrate Christmas, Kwanzaa, Hanukkah or nothing at all, I think we can all agree that November & December can be quite a challenge, especially when all you wanna do is enjoy treats, snuggle up and take a break from the gym. I thought I’d finally put something together for the winter holidays to help you meet your fitness goals and keep you motivated!
So! I’ve got a whole 30 days worth of fun activities leading up to Mid-December. They will consist of a bunch of different things…
